Information to help you prepare for your charter experience

What should we bring for a yacht charter?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and light clothing suitable for marine conditions. Towels, snorkeling equipment, and safety gear are provided aboard all vessels. For multi-day charters, casual resort attire is appropriate. If you have specific dietary requirements or medical conditions, please inform us during booking.

How far in advance should we book a charter?

We suggest booking at least two weeks ahead, particularly during the high season from November through April. For the Oceanic Odyssey multi-night experiences, booking four to six weeks in advance helps ensure your preferred dates and allows time to customize the itinerary. Same-week bookings may be possible depending on vessel availability.

What happens if weather conditions are unfavorable?

Safety is our primary consideration. Our captains monitor weather conditions closely and will adjust routes or timing if necessary. If conditions make it inadvisable to depart, we will work with you to reschedule. For charters canceled due to weather at our determination, full refunds or alternative dates are offered. We maintain communication throughout the booking period regarding forecasts.

Are your charters suitable for families with children?

Yes, families are welcome on all our vessels. The Twilight Waters Cruise and Deep Blue Experience are particularly suitable for older children who can appreciate calm environments or water activities. We provide appropriate safety equipment for all ages. For younger children, the daytime charter allows easier supervision. Please mention ages during booking so we can prepare accordingly.

What is included in the charter price?

All prices include the vessel, professional crew, fuel, water and soft beverages, snorkeling equipment, safety gear, and insurance. The Twilight Waters includes wines and appetizers. The Deep Blue Experience includes a prepared lunch. The Oceanic Odyssey is fully inclusive with all meals, accommodation, and diving equipment. National park fees for certain destinations are additional and payable directly.

Can itineraries be customized?

Within the parameters of each charter type, we welcome requests for specific locations or activities. The captain will advise on what's feasible based on weather, tides, and seasonal conditions. Multi-day charters offer the most flexibility for custom routing. We're happy to discuss your interests during the booking process to create an experience that suits your preferences.
